The whole thing has been a nightmare, stay away at all costs. National Funding serves and supports the small business community nationwide by offering a range of financial services and products, including working capital loans and equipment financing. On top of all that, they did a UCC filing and put a blanket lien on my business instead of just the $22k in equipment that caused me to lose a SBA loan on our company building. Calling me from outside numbers, calling my employees, threatening to release my personal financial information. He quickly became very rude and demeaning after the funding. I only inquired about why the extra EFTs on my statement that were not disclosed on my payment schedule. Keep in mind, I had paid everything on time via EFT (auto debit) and never refused to pay. They have made several unapproved EFTs from my account, when I called to ask why Roman threatened to contact my clients and remove my equipment. Roman Bogomolny was nice at first, we signed the paperwork and I got the funding, then the problems began.
I was introduced through somebody in a network I belong to. Beware of National Funding, I have owned a small business for 7 years and just used them for equipment financing.
